Estrutura maravilhosa mas a limpeza péssima

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, o serviço e fornecimento do café excelente, mas em relação a limpeza e recepção ficaram a desejar, pois passei o fim de semana e não houve, uma limpeza ou troca de lençol e toalhas. Da mesma forma, a recepção que não foram agradáveis. O que notei é uma falta de gestão da gerência na equipe de trabalho.

achei um pouco apertado o espaço e as camas eram muitos proximas uma das outras, faltou pouco mais de privacidade e estacionamento não era coberto e nem dentro do hotel mas na porta. gostei muito do banheiro quero um igual. otimo atendimento e camas confortaveis, clima estava agradavel nem precisou de ar condicionado
