Hotel berdekatan iT'Z Family

"Location was great for what we needed. Clean, except they don’t maintenance your room(take out trash or replace towels) unless you ask the front desk. Room was cozy but you could literally hear everything and everyone in the hallways at any given time. The room kep kept booting people out at the end of every day so that was annoying having to go back down to the desk to get it reactivated. Good food options nearby. Felt safe."

"Too much traffic noise from the highway. Needs better/thicker curtains to help drown out the noise. Shower rod was loose & dipped down - so the curtain would not stay in place - floor was a wet mess after each persons shower - very dangerous for kids/older people or someone that didn’t see the water. Bed was comfy, AC worked great, fast elevators & staff was friendly. We chose it for the location - next door to where the state bowling tournament was held & we could walk over. Didn’t get to eat...

"Easy check-in and out. Newly renovated. Nice comfortable beds. Great shuttle service to and from airport. Breakfast starts at 5 am, but we had to leave at 5, so was able to grab coffee and a few things to go. Would have liked to stay longer but this was just for overnight layover."

"…."

"The only word to describe this hotel is janky. I’m not a fan. Even the towels were scratchy cheap and sketchy"

"The hotel has easy access to the highway, and restaurants and fast-food options are conveniently located nearby. The room was clean, and the staff was readily available whenever assistance was needed. Breakfast was served on time and was well organized."

"Staff was very nice. Didn’t like the elevator was towards the back of all the first floor rooms. And our shower wasn’t cleaned properly."

"Friendly staff, breakfasts are good. Rooms look clean until you see the roaches. Nice quite pleasant place to relax. Me personally I said small improvement that can fixed. Yes I will book with them again, I give them a 4 star 🌟 rate 👌"

"None of the lamps on the bedside table worked and while there was a fridge, there was no where to plug it into. Same for the lamp by the tv. Great staff, just kept getting back to my room late and didn’t want to bother someone at 2 am to fix a fridge. Otherwise it was a good stay"

"Good"

"Staff was not friendly, room phone did not work, staff offered no assistance with the matter"

"The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt."

"After arriving at the hotel after a 14 hour drive with infants we were told our rooms were not available even after prepaying for both rooms over a month in advance. They offered no help and no apology. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE."

"Very efficient no frills just a clean modern facility"

"Muy poca variedad para el desayuno"
