"The room is clean "

"It was ok. The kids had a blast in the pool and sauna; we were able to have a team dinner in the breakfast area in the evening which was great. The beds however were not very comfortable so likely would book elsewhere for that fact since I didn’t get much sleep. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet (despite my next statement)! The layout of the hotel is alot of fun and is centred around the bar/restaurant. The staff are the bar and restaurant are amazing - friendly and professional! The staff overall are really helpful and looking for ways to improve your guest experience! Looking forward to coming back here year after year for Little NHL! And looking forward to seeing the room refreshes!"

"The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. "They could of had more of a selections for breakfast. Not much protein provider. The room we got, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. There was someone’s hair in the bottom of the shower floor. White out on the toilet set. Ink pen marks over the bathroom sink. Not enough towels were we needed to ask for nore. The Capet I.
