"This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. It is small enough to feel intimate but large enough to have all the amenities. The spa is wonderful, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and professional. We will stay here the next time we are in Istanbul."

"Saubere, großzügige Zimmer und das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum von Besiktas und in etwa 10-15 Minuten in Ortaköy. Ich empfehle bei Möglichkeit ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, da das Hotel etwas höher gelegen ist und dadurch vorne nicht allzu verbaut ist, was einen schönen Blick auf den Bosporus ermöglicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer wurden sehr schön sauber gemacht und aufgeräumt. Nur der Aufzug ist etwas klein, aber das ist kein echtes...

"Unser Zimmer war sauber, das Personal megaaaa freundlich, nett und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider nicht, da nicht so viele Gäste vor Ort waren. Das Frühstück wurde direkt auf dem Teller serviert,was aber ok war. "

"We arrived in the early hours of the morning and they kindly arranged transport for us to get to the accommodation stress free. It’s a 15 minute walk into the town which is lively and plenty of shops and restaurants . The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly . The rooms have a living area with modern facilities, the beds are comfortable."

"Unsere Balkontüre war kaputt. Leider haben wir obwohl ein leeres Zimmer verfügbar war, kein Upgrade bekommen. Unser Zimmer war direkt gegenüber von einer Hauswand also unser Zimmer war den ganzen Tag stockdunkel ohne Tageslicht. Anstatt uns ein besseres Zimmer zu geben wollten sie nochmal extra Geld haben. Das Frühstück sah wirklich überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos!!! Sehr lieblos und geschmacklos. Schade. "

"Otelin konumu harika, her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayabileceğiniz bir konumda. Oda tertemizdi. Beyefendi arabamızı otelin önünden alıp park yeri ayarladı o yüzden hiç park sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Kendisine her şey için teşekkür ederiz. "

"One of our rooms had a smell of dumped! We tried to change our arrival date and no one was helpful so we ended up paying for an extra night ! Other then that everything was nice and smooth."
