"Absolutely loved the apartment. It was so spacious with a lovely decor. We were there for the marathon so having a kitchenette was perfect for us to cook what my daughter needed for the race. Suggestions: There were only a few coffee pods and tea bags - could have done with more! The kitchen also needed a small draining board. Apart from those really minor things the place was great! Location was great as it was about a 15 minute walk to 2 stations making it so easy to get into central Berlin....

Ringhotel Seehof Berlin

"I was attending an event at the nearby Berlin Messe (convention centre) so the location was perfect, within a 10-minute walk. I stayed for nine nights. The hotel overlooks a small urban lake surrounded by forest with recreational trails, and my room had a balcony with a direct view of this scene. It's in a generally residential area so the overall atmosphere is quite calm compared with a busy city centre location. My room was comfortable and not lacking anything I needed. The breakfast selection was good and the restaurant stayed open until 9 p.m. I had dinner there most evenings and enjoyed the service. There's an S-Bahn (city railway) station five minutes away and the U-Bahn (subway) is not much farther, so transport is convenient if you don't have a car, like me. The S-Bahn is useful if using a train to/from Berlin and would also work for rail connections to the airport. There's a laundromat within walking distance, so I could do all my laundry toward the end of my stay. Altogether, I was happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again."

"Small little hotel just next to train station. We stayed in a triple room. Room and amenities are exactly as described, located in an old building. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was simple but just right. There is nobody in reception after 8 pm(which was told clearly) and necessary keys are given. If u want check in after 8pm, contact hotel beforehand. Very easy and efficient transfer all around Berlin from rail station. Room is clean and comfortable. Although hotel is next to road, there is very little noise at night. I left my luggage for few hours on check out day. Overall, I had very good stay. No issues at all"

"I stayed at Residency N7 while visiting Berlin for InnoTrans, and the location was absolutely perfect. The hotel was only two train stops away from the event, which made getting there incredibly convenient! It’s also within walking distance of great restaurants and plenty of shops, so everything I needed was close by. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. I would definitely stay at Residency N7 again and highly recommend it!"
