"This is an interesting concept. It combines hotel with apartment living. So there are office hours, not a 24hr lobby with food availability, breakfast, etc. Room was clean, comfortable, with a great full kitchen. The price was great too. But no paper towels or dish/hand soap in the kitchen. So, a trip to the grocery store was needed. The office was not open Saturday morning when I wanted coffee. So that was disappointing. BUT, I would definitely stay there again now that I understand the concept of Stay APT. I will be better prepared next time. "

"Checked into room, I requested a ground floor room and was denied one. once into the room, had 2 double beds with 1 pillow on each bed. there were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. there were stains all over the sheets on both beds. There was 2 towels in the room and no hand towel, no wash cloths and no bath mat. we also discovered no toilet paper in the bathroom. the phone in the room did not work either. there were no trash cans in the room. we went down to the front desk to request these items and the lady brought up a set of towels and wash cloths and no extra pillows. there were men all out in the parking lot at all times of the day and night stumbling over and acting very suspicious. we could not even park in front of our room as there was no parking on that side of the building. I do not recommend staying at this hotel PERIOD!!! as a woman with children I was worried to death to even go to sleep to say the least."
