Séjour agréable mais.menage et hygiène a améliorer

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours/2 nuits dans ce club en famille. -Points positifs : Repas et petits déjeuners variés et bons, beaucoup de choix.- Piscine très agréable, transats confortables et propres. Animateurs et personnel dans l’ensemble très sympathiques, souriants et disponibles. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Accueil chaleureux et service navette vers la plage pratique avec chauffeur sympathique. Points à améliorer : La chambre familiale était équipée d’un lit double + lits superposés, mais sous les matelas des papiers absorbants/toilettes étaient coincés dans les lattes, ce qui donne une impression de négligence. Les lits superposés grincent énormément au moindre mouvement. Le ménage laisse clairement à désirer (notamment dans la chambre), et nous avons dû réclamer des serviettes propres à 17h30 car l’entretien avait été oublié. À la piscine, le maître-nageur est présent mais ne fait pas respecter les règles : ballons dans l’eau .. risqué pour les personnes âgées ou les bébés. La plage privée n’est pas directement sur le sable mais située à 50m, avec des transats dans un espace fermé : ce n’est pas une vraie plage privée au bord de l’eau. En résumé : un club convivial avec beaucoup d’activités, une équipe souriante et une bonne restauration, mais le ménage e et une restauration de qualité, mais qui gagnerait vraiment à renforcer le ménage et le respect des règles pour offrir une meilleure expérience.

Super vacance en famille !

Super séjour. Chambre et hôtel en général très propre. Restaurant excellent. Coin de plage privatisé : juste parfait ! Personnel de l'hôtel très agréable et très gentil. Et une équipe d'animation sensationnelle avec des supers spectacles. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel club.

C'est un grand domaine. Un peu alambiqué, un peu labyrinthe. Les bâtiments font un peu vieillots de l'extérieur et la déco n'est pas très moderne. En revanche les chambres sont très convenables, bien insonorisées et la literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est complet, la vue jolie. Le personnel excessivement gentil et serviable. C'est aussi bien placé.

Tres bon séjour en famille

Sejour reposant avec les enfants qui ont pu profiter de la piscine interieure et du parc extérieur. Les animations et l equipe d animateurs sont au top, petits et grands se sont amusés. Super accueil de la reception et grande disponibilité des serveurs au buffet. L acces à la plage se fait à pieds ce qui est un fort avantage

C'est notre troisième séjour dans ce complexe hôtelier et nous avons toujours autant envie d'y retourner :) La nourriture est très bonne les chambres spacieuses et confortables. Insgesamt kann man eigentlich nicht meckern. Das Hotel ist halt in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Französischkenntnisse allerdings von Vorteil. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist eher 1.500 m. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, das Angebot an Obst und vor allem Gemüse zum Frühstück allerdings überschaubar. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Reinigungspersonal soll wohl vorhanden sein, wurde jedoch nur selten gesehen. Im Arbeitszeugnis würde stehen: ,,Waren da und stets bemüht, mehr aber auch nicht.'' In den Zimmern wurden nur gelegentlich die Hand- und Duschtücher gewechselt, gekehrt oder gar gewischt wurde gar nicht. Alles in allem trotzdem ok, da das Wetter richtig toll war und wir nur zum Schlafen im Hotel waren. Also, nicht abschrecken lassen. Wer nicht allzuviel erwartet und keine deutschen Maßstäbe an Service und Sauberkeit ansetzt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das südfranzösische Flair entschädigt für so manches.

Yksi yö perhehuoneessa

Iso hotellikompleksi. Huoneemme oli erillisessä rakennuksessa, jonka sai hyvin viileäksi ja pimeäksi. Huone oli ihan siisti, mutta pyyhkeet olivat likaiset. Hotellissa oli matala ja lämmin sisäallas lapsille. Näkymät 11.kerroksen ruokalasta olivat mahtavat ja aamupala oli hyvä. Rahalle hyvää vastinetta.
