Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable, prêt à répondre aux questions et aux besoins Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas gérer chauffage et ventilation dans la chambre et d'avoir à demander pour le mettre en route (il était bloqué à 19° quand je l'ai allumé et il ne faisait vraiment pas chaud) Du coup quand j'ai réservé une autre chambre pour mes neveux et nièces avec leur petite fille, j'ai demandé à ce que ce soit chauffé pour leur arrivée au plus tôt à 22h Precision, sur votre questionnaire vous demandez la satisfaction pour le petit déjeuner "gratuit": il n'est pas gratuit mais à 9€. Cependant le rapport qualité-prix est correct car très varié, bien présenté, il y en a pour tous les goûts et toutes les règles d'hygiène sont parfaitement respectées, ce que ma nièce très à cheval là-dessus m'a fait remarquer du fait qu'elle enseigne dans cette partie J'ai félicité le gérant le lundi matin lors de mon départ, et il m'a expliqué toutes les démarches rigoureuses qu'il a effectué pour obtenir le label. Très bien les petites affiches un peu partout, avec 2 calories dépensées par marche devant l'ascenseur.... Bravo

Je n'y reviendrai pas

Il n'y a que le literie et la piscine qui soit bien. La chambre et le salle de bain sont vétustes et sales. Quant au petit-déjeuner c'est une arnaque, 9 €. Le pain était de la veille, les viennoiseries molles, les pots de confiture et de Nutella sèche sur le Tour et non nettoyé, il vaut mieux aller prendre son petit-déjeuner dans une boulangerie non loin.

Au calme. Bien situé pas loin du centre ville. La piscine est un vrai plus par ces fortes chaleurs. Le patio est très agréable avec ses petites tables et ses larges parasols. Un seul minuscule problème : 7 places de parking c’est trop peu même s’il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans les rues adjacentes.

Les agents d’accueil sont au top à l’écoute gentil, ce qui est super, c’est qu’on peut récupérer la chambre à partir de midi, les femmes de ménage sont hyper gentille, quelques traces d’usure, mais rien de bien méchant. Par contre la piscine est remplie de insectes morts ce qui ne m’a pas permis de me baigner alors que j’ai choisi cet hôtel pour ça, mais bon à part ça à refaire avec une piscine propre !
