The property is old and the bathrooms need upgrades for a Taj name associated with such run down property was a surprise.

This is outdated property. Small rooms and dirty. Smells and stains in bathrooms. They are trying to keep clean but old property and hard to maintain. Hallways smells strange. Booked until April 15th from 7th but checked out on 8th.

Not at all upto 5 star hotel standards. 1. Walked in the lawn behind and strong smell from the gutter exists. 2: Responded to email requesting pickup at the airport. No acknowledgment and no pickup as well. 3. Ordered mutton Biriyani but has no flavor, raitha is like butter milk with no taste 4. Breakfast - puri has no puri curry, Sambhar is burnt, pesarattu upma is so so. 5. Flush does not work well. Overall, this hotel is not worth 5 star rating or money.

I like the courteous service provided. Staff is very polite and helpful. One of the manager on duty March 10th, 2024 was rude and impolite , didnt care for what I had to say. He completely ignored me. But for that one individual rude person I cannot discredit the rest of the staff who go out of their way to provide services that are needed. I liked my stay at Taj Krishna, Banjara Hills. Location is very convenient for shopping etc. Very close to High Tech City. Would love to stay again

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What truly sets this hotel apart is its remarkable staff, who go above and beyond to ensure guests feel like part of a big family. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service provided by all staff members, such as Kalyani, Lhakpa, Sahid, Sristi, and Gyanshyam, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and care. Kalyani exemplified the philosophy of treating guests like family, while Lhakpa's pride in promoting both the Taj and her home state of Sikkim added a personal touch to the service. Sahid's courtesy and knowledge of cocktail making impressed me, and Sristi's hospitality in the club lounge made me feel truly pampered. And Gyanshyam's infectious smile during restaurant service brightened my dining experience. Moreover, the hotel exceeded my expectations by facilitating a late check-out, which was immensely helpful and accommodating to my needs. Property is dated and needs a refresh. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor. The bathrooms are very small for a hotel of this rating. The most difficult part was the door stopper right in front of the toilet on the floor which is a safety hazard.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in terms of quality of service and staff. Extremely kind, helpful and solving. Highly recommended. Food was also so fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back. Thank you Taj Krishna!!!

Room was well maintained and cleaned. Hospitable staff made our stay comfortable. Look & feel and condition of property is average; entry, corridors and room overall seems quite old and in need of being renovated over time.

I choose hotels for their pool size. Apart from Taj's pool to be super big and thus perfect, the rest of the hotel is also excellent. Didn't have breakfast so can't say anything about that. Staff is very good.
