Worst hotel in Hyderabad

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My mum is diabetic and was required to go for dialysis at 7am and they refused to serve us breakfast. We were happy to pay for breakfast even though we were on B&B. The rooms were awful, I was sneezing and itchy from the moment i stepped into the room. The food was awful.

The online pictures of the hotel were deceiving.

It was one of the worst maintained hotel, we stayed in India. Iwith peeling of pt is a very poorly maintained facility. Rooms have molds in the wall and peeling off paints. The bathroom was dirty, poor plumbing, cracked sink, after shower,water was all over the bathroom floor. hot water sypply was unpredictable. Many of the electrical outlets in the room did not work, only table lamp in the room was non functional. The reception and service staff were helpful and courtious. I checked 4/5 rooms prior to settling in one, all the rooms have similar problem

Couple days stay

On day one - shower knob came off - and the hotel staff wanted to charge me INR 3000; whereas it is supposed to be included in their maintenance. My whole stay went on without the shower knob. I was told that the manager will contact me - he never showed up.

Not at all a comfortable stay

This is called a budget hotel but only of u get a good deal online. Under the name of budget they do not provide you any toiletries and other room comfort requirements. The major problem faced was with the air condition. The room i took was freezing in temperature even when i kept the temperature on 30°.. I had to change the room, but the problem persisted. I had to keep the temperature on 30° , still had to take 3 blankets to sleep. On complaining, the reception told me to switch off the ac and switch on the fan, and i could hear him grinning. I believe they had rigged the temperature of the air condition so that it freezes the room and the occupant of the room switches off the ac and they reduce on the electricity bills. The stay was very very uncomfortable and i would not recommend any one to stay there. After moving out of the hotel, i had to immediately visit a doctor for baad cough child and fever.

Pathatic.

Stayed with pathetic experience , no sound Ac was working with limited channels and worst room service. I am a regular customer to this Hotel but sorry to say this time I compromised my stay.

Not a very good stay.

Stayed at the mango suites at Secundrabad a couple of days ago. First of all, the word "suites" cannot be associated with the experience that is offered. The quality of rooms, amenities provided, overall cleanliness standards can best be described as average. Their breakfast was pathetic...cold and stale to be precise. Check in n out experience was again alright. Staff were okay to deal with. Mostly noticed them gossiping amongst themselves. If possible please avoid staying here.

Worst Hotel stay

Its not my first visit to India, so I know exactly what to expect when I book a room...I had no idea my room would be as bad. Firstly, I had made a booking with free wifi...during my entire stay they said that the wifi server is down and they can not fix because the service provider is from Mumbai. I have no idea how far that could be true while my friends in Mumbai had no trouble with the net. I asked them for an IT report they failed to provide..I don't think any technical fault could last days after days...at least not this generation...at least not in India where they have one of the best IT experts. Although we paid for the service we were not refunded and no compensation was given. We paid for 2 adults stay but we had one towel in the bathroom...we called for towels which they never brought. and everyday while cleaning we had only 1 towel..I had to wait to see one of the house keepers to ask additional each day. The rooms were dull. some lights were not functioning. The furnitures were older than the fancy pics.

Can be better surely !

At the outset, the check in n out time as 12 noon was not mentioned at the time of booking on your page resulting in we having to pay early check in charges of half a day extra since our train reached hyd bad early morning. There has to be 24 hr check in facility.. else how can every one check in and check out by 12 noon ?!! The bed was far too soft for any comfort. one just sinks into the bed.
