Did not receive the room I booked

We arrived at the hotel at 11pm after coming in on an internal flight where I had booked a Luxury suite with 2 king size beds for my family of 4 to stay for the night before our early morning flight home. We were shown to our room which wasn’t a suite and only had 1 bed. I pointed this out and a few minutes later someone turned up with a very thin mattress/floor mat and a sheet. It was late and we wanted to get the children off to sleep so the 2 children and 1 adult slept in the bed and the other in the floor. Terrible uncomfortable few hours sleep and we we left as soon as we could. The room was noisy and they didn’t even bother to put toilet roll in the bathroom which wasn’t ideal having children. Other than the nice member of staff who booked us a taxi at 5am this place was a total disaster. I’d avoid and book somewhere who will actually give you the room you have booked!

This property is not worth to stay. The price we paid for the hotel is not worth. The location is not good, cleaning is not good, the bedsheets and towels are not washed properly, air conditioner is not enough for two rooms.

What was shown in Expedia for this property is no match to what we found the hotel to be. The price we paid for the room is way too much for what we got. The hotel kept losing power multiple time though out the stay. The price for room is on par with a 5 star hotel where as this hotel is not even a 1 star hotel. Please do not over advertise for these kind of under rated hotels. I want money back for what I paid for this hotel.
