"Comfortable stay at Hermitage Boutique Hotel, very close to the Lake Gardens and great service from the staff. Will come again!"

"Value for money, nice and comfortable room. However, toilet seat is broken and no wifi in the room. Car park is full when we came back to the hotel at around 11.30pm. However the staff is kind enough to allow us to park at the next building."

"Good hotel for a short stay in Taiping. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was adequate—comfortable bed, small bedside table, small desk, TV, a plastic chair, small bathroom with a hot water shower. No fridge, but that’s not a big deal. The hotel is right in the center of town, which has many really great food stalls everywhere. You won’t be eating anything more than snacks in the room, trust me. I liked my stay at this hotel."

"Aku pegi sana pada 5/9 /2021 dgn tujuan bekerja. Aku booking melalui online. Tiba di sana jam 8pm. Hotel gelap. D pintu tulis 'tutup'. aku try col tp x jawap. Dah la aku kene masuk keje jam 9.30pm. Aku tpaksa caro hotel lain. Aku x kisah. Tp salah ke jika pihak hotel call atau inform aku. Sakit hati aku."
