"Muy cómoda habitación y cama, lo único malo es que no tiene conectores cerca de la cama por lo que fue muy incómodo, en toda la habitación solo había uno en el baño el cual era para la secadora y uno atrás de la TV en el piso, ojalá atendieran esto ya que cuando viajas es importante cargar tus dispositivos. La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es lindo, y el personal muy amable. "

"Hotel is not on the main road, it's a 15 min walk to downtown, which is doable but not always easy with the weather. There's no elevator in the hotel, so take into consideration for your luggage. We had a bad experience with the driver recommended by the hotel. It seems that the driver and one of the reception staff are related, and he is not always very friendly."

"The modern room and staff are 5-star quality. Decent breakfast selection, with fresh orange juice offered. Best to pick a mountain view room as there’s a cosy sitting area on the window slit. The only thing to watch out for is the inconsistencies in water temperature when taking a shower (started with extremely hot, then optimum to completely lack hot water), but this would be just my luck when other guests are showering at the same time. "

"I thought the room and property were quite nice, new building and beautiful. However, the expensive dinner I had tasted mass produced: frozen burger patty, air fryer fries, soufflé from a box. For the price I think it’s overvalued, I liked the view but this was too high for the quality. Service was also slow."
