"Really loved this place except. Our booking changed last min and we had different room. And was totally excited about iris but we sat over an hour no food. And got called for a reservation over 2 hours after the fact. It was a celebration but we ate down the road."

"The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time with scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, waffles, Cereal, milk, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc. My negative was with the check,-in & check-out staff. It was the same male who took over 25 minutes to check me in. Then at check out at 10am he left a note saying be back in 15. He was not back in 15 & the other staff was trying to find him. When I called the hotel number, he appeared & removed headphones. At that point, There was a line of people waiting to check out. He had no name tag on. so I do not know his name. He needs better training or another job. Also a name tag should be required for the front desk clerks."

"I’ve already written a review. We checked in and checked out within 45min. We got two rooms. The rooms smelled and we changed rooms three times because of the smell dirty, dirty toilet seats chips on the floor hair on the beds. What a nightmare! Asked for a refund and was told we had to work with Expedia and I am still waiting for a reply and it’s been a week. Not to mention others in the lobby, complaining in one of them showed me their room."
