"Absolutely loved every part of my stay at Hotel North. Parking was so easy and safe. The Hotel is decorated so tastefully, the staff was so welcoming. When I stepped into my room, I felt I had walked into a soothing refuge. Your decorators knew just how to balance the aesthetics with furnishings, art work, etc. Every detail was perfect - the room temperature, the comfortable bed, the quietness, etc. I will definitely recommend the Hotel North to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area. "The room was fantastic - lots of space and well laid out. Having a kitchen is always very helpful. The property was well kept and clean. I love the rustic vibe. The amenities were awesome - the kids spent all day in the large outdoor pool. We also enjoyed the arcade and mini-golf. The whole area is clean and comfortable. Staff were very responsive through text - which was handy. We had a little issue, but it was handled quickly. All-in-all, the whole family loved the room, had a great time at the resort, and felt welcomed by the staff. We look forward to coming back again next year. "

"Great Time! Beautiful new tents with all the items you need to Glamp with from silverware to tupperware. Comfy beds and comforter! Everyone was so nice and you know they love what they do! Next fall/foiliage camping in the trapper with the wood stove !"
