"We could not get entry into our room so I got the desk clerk to help us, he overrode the door lock, but still the keys did not work, so we could not go out together, otherwise we would have been locked out again!! the area around the hotel was nice, but we had a room at the back facing a cement parking lot and little else. The beds were comfortable, but the room was really dirty though the bedding looked clean! there were feces on the wall next to the toilet which had stained the wall and it...

"The inn was so comfortable and charming! It's an older property with a lovely yard and parlors downstairs for hanging out, tv, or a puzzle provided. Easy parking in back. Katie was so kind to have fresh cookies for us after our long flight upon arrival. A note for guests - the linen and towel scent was fairly strong and industrial. The bath products have a fresh clean scent. I wish the laundry shared it or just were unscented. Excellent location. Take a stroll down a long block and be in...

"Terrible place. Dirty, loud and not one damn given. I wish I could give negative stars"

"I am waiting for a refund. I was there for minutes before I left and booked another room somewhere else. The room was very stinky, there was random something dripping on the wall, the door was filthy, the mattress cover was stained, the lamp was stained and there was a big bug just chilling on the wall. The staff was nice but I could not stay there! It was gross!"

"We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. "

"Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean. Only inconvenience, they smelled like fresh paint. "
