"Unfortunately, this is the worst property I’ve ever booked. Multiple issues with the property condition and representation but mainly the room was mosquito infested, we had the doors and windows closed upon arrival and we were swarmed by over a dozen mosquitoes inside the room right away so I had to evacuate my family immediately. "We stayed one night here while on the way to the Grand Canyon. It was decent and we might consider again for the future. It wasn't the cleanest and nicest location, and it was way overpriced for a weeknight. But, choices were limited. "We loved our room layout. We had a 2 queen room and it had one of the beds in a separate bedroom with another bathroom. This wasn’t a connecting room but was all in the one entry door. Room 5. Our son had been dehydrated from spending all day at the Grand Canyon. He ended up getting sick and made a mess of his bedding. "I specifically got this room because of the hot tub amd heated piol. When i got to the front to check in i asked the clerk to double check and she said yes its working and available. We drove 22 hours straight and got in the room, unpacked . We get reqdy to hop in the hot tub amd there is caution tape around everything. I am very disappointe."
