"The East Yavapai rooms need a remodel, carpet is quiet worn. We did like having the kurig coffee maker in room, easy walk to the park bus stop. The staff was very nice and helpful in all the facilities. Wish there was a couple more eating options in this location. I was nice to see Elk grazing on the property daily. "

"They over booked and when I showed up they told me they had a room at a different property for me. They never called to inform me and I still was charged. Partially Expedias fault but very disappointed with the communication."

"The staff was friendly. Room was super clean. Very conveniently located since the Lodge is only 10-15 minutes from the Grand Canyon Visitors Center. "

"Hot tub was gross and had large crack in in and the mirror around it had damaged frame. Bathroom was put together very poor. Cabinet had raw wood edges. Tile had paint and grout spatters everywhere plus cracked tiles. We had the family room suite with 3 beds and one bed had red stains on sheet. Blood or make up dont know. Also only had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths and 1 roll of toilet paper. "

"Hotel is centrally located within minutes of Grand Canyon. They have a restraint that serves breakfast if you’d like. They also are centrally located around all the restraurants in town. Room was clean. Staff was very kind. The one bad thing is that they did not have WiFi and the service in the area is not good. "

"We had a 2 queen room and it was very spacious and clean. The breakfast is very basic but serves its purpose. Staff was very expedient in clearing tables and making room for more guests. Great location outside of Grand Canyon park. Nice to have a jacuzzi to soak in after the long walks and mule ride but strong smell of chlorine since it was indoors. Great places to eat nearby. We enjoyed getting takeout at Foodie Club and taking it with us to watch the sunset at Lipan Point."

"Didn't use pool or hot tub. Rooms were normal clean. Refrigerator was adequate. Coffee machine was fine. Coffee selection was limited except in lobby."
