"It was an ok stay. Our bathroom counter wasn’t completely cleaned off and there was NO shampoo in the big mounted dispenser. It’s an older property so expect older stuff. Small tv and not a Smart one. Upon check in I asked for more coffee pods & staffer said she only had 2 so that’s all I could have for the 2 of us:("

"I booked my room for the wrong date. Totally my fault. When I arrived at the hotel and discovered my mistake, the staff had no interest in trying to help me. I asked if I could get a room and pay for it and they told me I couldn’t do it in person but had to go online. Next I was told the elevators were not working. So even if I had not made a mistake, they couldn’t accommodate me. I went next door and walked in and got a room and had a good experience. I won’t go back - NEVER AGAIN"

"One of our two rooms smelled heavily of smoke, the air conditioner blew hot air, and the carpet was throughly damp from having been cleaned recently. When we asked for a fan, none were available. The second room had a broken phone and a television that didn’t work. We asked for quarters for the laundry and they were locked away and couldn’t be retrieved. The breakfast offering was extremely limited with no protein - just bread, grits, and cereal. Very, very disappointing."
