"Room was very basic but also very clean. I good choice if you just want a cheap, clean room for a night's sleep. The building and grounds are old and desperately in need of repairs, maintenance and upgrading."

"Our room was not clean and we found long hair under our sheets. No toilet paper holder and heard a noise clanking all night long. The owner of the property lives right in front of the cabin and is always out - no privacy. The front door has glass windows that we had to cover with a jacket as people can see right into the cabin right where the bed was. Owner is very strict on dogs even when he charged us for a pet fee. Parking was very tight. Carpet in the room was dirty and bugs in the cabin....

"I will say that my rating of this place is higher that what I would normally rate this kind of place because the owners were very nice and very sweet people. I was on a long drive back for a move driving up from Albuquerque, NM and after 15 hours just needed a place to crash. If that is all you are needing and wanting in a place then this place can be good for you. The only thing was with my room there was a strong odor when I initially walked in but overtime my nose adjusted."

The motel representative on the telephone told me that they had sent my instructions to access the room "10 hours earlier", however, I never did receive that information.
