Samaria Gorge (Φαράγγι Σαμαριάς), Crete

This is one of Europe's longest Gorges and makes for a great hike (one of my favourites) as the scenery is stunning all the way along. It runs for 16km and is a National Park of Crete. #TakeAHike #packsandaplan

"La villa si trova in aperta campagna ed è un angolo di paradiso. Tutto era molto curato, la pulizia era perfetta ed abbiamo trovato qualunque cosa fosse necessaria in un appartamento. Infine abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza del nostro host e gli omaggi al nostro arrivo (frutta fresca, olio, vino, miele, dolci, raki). "Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night.
