"We were going to watch the Europa League final and booked the Kemer City Hotel as it was midway between the stadium in Istanbul and the airport. On check in the receptionist was extremely helpful, showed us the room, offered us breakfast to be made up as we were leaving at 05.20 and helped with taxis. The room was very pleasant with all amenities we needed. This morning the chap on reception again was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a good selection of meets, cheese, salad...

"Late May and the pool and hot tub were empty. Garden restaurant nonexistent. No chairs or tables to sit outside. Lawns weren’t mowed. Green fence hiding piles of trash and a bad sewer smell. Restaurant windows not washed. Picked this location so we could enjoy the outdoors before a long trip home. Very disappointed."

"The hotel is super clean, rooms are all like apartment homes, they have all appliences you need at home for long stay, staff are super kind and friendly, the neighborhood is also nice and clean, near woods, kind of high end up town."

"Great stay and staff. When I checked in, I informed the staff that I would need a cab at 5am the next morning. Not only did they have a cab there to take me back to the Airport, but they even packed me a lunch since I was missing breakfast. Very thoughtful."

"Sheraton is a great hotel. Very convenient location with a quick access to metro/subway. Clean, spacious and soundproof rooms, wonderful breakfasts, very friendly and accommodating stuff. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is that I have to contact them afterwards about the charge - they require deposit of 100 USD per room, and after 2 days after departure it is still charged to my credit card. Also, the swimming pool requires a swim cup, and it is quite cool water, while the hot tub...
