"Staff is very nice, place is clean, breakfast was ok, location is ideal. beds are comfy but not huge in size."

"The entrance to the parking lot is a lot like every road in Indianapolis…Gaza strip level destruction. This is a city that has one religion…potholes. The staff is great. The room is clean. Just note, if you need a refrigerator, a microwave, or space… lower your expectations. The area directly around the hotel is pretty good. Food options and a Walmart will solve most problems but if you want to keep your drinks cold or heat up food in room…you’ve chosen poorly."

"I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. The hotel closed the pool about a hour later & never opened it back up. I was very upset because honestly what is it do at a hotel for children besides SWIM. They are getting worse if you ask me I don’t recommend."

"Did not like the lighting situation of the room. The light in the middle kitchen area was motion activated and would not stay off even when clicking the button. If an hour or so went by, the motion activation starts up again and so it would turn on in the middle of the night if going to use the restroom and it is a very bright light. The main switch in the room controls the outlets of the lamps near the bed, but there was no indication when turning off that switch that the lamps would not work nor be able to be used to charge phones or anything."

"In our room the air conditioner was wonky and worked when it wanted, the toilet kept making noise every so often even thru the night, the dresswr and remote were so sticky Inhad to wipe them down myself..along with the entry floor..which the wet towel came up almost black. There was also no way to make coffee...had the coffe grounds but no basket"

"Room /building needs repair. Pool was closed for maintenance. Towels, only hed 2 for 4 ppl, when asked for additional one, recieved super tiny ones. Shower/toliet room very tiny."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS DIRTY AND HOMELESS HANG OUT AT THE FRONT ENTURANCE DOOR. DOESNT SEEM TO BE A SAFE AREA EITHER. WE LEFT AND DIDNT STAY WE WENT ELSEWHERE."
