"This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! "

"The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

"Did not like the lighting situation of the room. The light in the middle kitchen area was motion activated and would not stay off even when clicking the button. If an hour or so went by, the motion activation starts up again and so it would turn on in the middle of the night if going to use the restroom and it is a very bright light. The main switch in the room controls the outlets of the lamps near the bed, but there was no indication when turning off that switch that the lamps would not work...

"The staff were kind of rude at the counter, on two separate occasions I had to come down and get things that I needed. They had an outdoor swimming pool that was nasty and had ducks in it. Our pull out bed was broken and the iron in our room leaked brown water all over our clothes! There was no body wash or conditioner offered in our only shampoo! We will not be returning here."

"I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. The hotel closed the pool...

"The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational."
