We did have a problem in one room and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and immediately switched us to another room. Things are a bit dated and worn out, but still OK. "Valet was super easy to use and we're super helpful when we forgot something in the car. Check in was easy witba very friendly front staff. We had drinks and an appetizer in the bar, grey service but the tables on the walls are so close together we could barely talk over the conversation of others. The shower handle wasn’t secure and water pressure is poor. But the staff is super nice and helpful and the area is close by where I was working so it’s a decent stay. Price is also fair. "One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, in Sioux Falls. We were all there for a basketball tournament and the big eating area was perfect for us when we were celebrating a kid's birthday party and having pizza after our games for the day! Kids loved the pool area. Hot tub was closed on Sunday AM, but the all night swimming was cool for parents!"
