"The room was the best part of the stay. The employee who welcomed me was very friendly. The breakfast was very skimpy -- just 2 kinds of cereal and waffles. The hall to the rooms and steps up to the second floor were old, dirty, and unviting. They need to be replaced immediately -- it will make the arrival a whole lot more inviting."

"Tried to get a hold of someone to get an early checkin. Couldn’t get through to anyone that wasn’t AI. Came in an hour early to ask. Was told no, nothing was ready. Got back to the hotel at 9:30 pm. One room was clean, other had hair all over the bed. No one was available for housekeeping and had to change our own sheets. No offer to transfer rooms or find someone to clean it. No acknowledgment of the issue either at checkout"
