"This was formally a Rodeway Inn. They also have Hilton key/locks, Super8 pictures, and Wyndham paper cups. Breakfast was VERY limited. Coffee OK. Ice ok. Pool not inviting. Room needs a deep clean. Very dusty everywhere. We had 2 adjoining rooms, but a/c in only one! Tough to get comfortable. Steps, buildings and rooms very run down. Smokers in one portion of motel allows smoke to drift on to us."

"Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being...

"Room was clean, spacious and refreshed during our two day stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed having plates, silverware, glasses and coffee cups. A nice touch. (Disposable available if you preferred.) A variety of food both mornings. Used the exercise room and it worked well for me. Motel was located very close to the Metra for an easy walk to the event I attended."

"Room was clean. No bed bugs. However, the window wouldn't close so I and my already nervous dog had to listen to street noises all night. Shades wouldn't close all the way, so light came through from outside. There was also an occasional very loud noise that seemed to rattle the walls. No idea where that came from. Bathroom was so tiny I could barely use the toilet and I found a used towel from the previous occupant hung behind the bathroom door, still damp somehow. Overall a poor experience....
