I wish when I checked in the front desk had let me know that the side of the hotel I stayed on was going to be VERY loud Saturday night until 12am from both the Treehouse and the Bungalow. I would have chosen to take a room on the other side. The room was quite noisy both nights. There are a lot of "mechanical" type noises that go on throughout the night. I slept terrible both nights. Other than that it was fine - friendly staff, clean, good location. But I probably will not stay here again. : /

Overpriced for the services offered. Made a reservation for ocean view and was given partial view. Staff wasn’t cooperative at all. Noise level was so bad at night that we couldn’t sleep. So disappointed

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The ambiance is incredible. The employees are helpful and personable. The room was clean. The pool area was clean. The restaurant and the bars closed at 10:00 pm. That was very inconvenient for me. The next day while sitting poolside I was told they were offering a full service menu. That was absolutely untrue. They offered a very limited food menu and an even smaller selection of alcohol.
