"Room was clean but the breakfast area was nasty with dried on gunk from previous days. After a great check in, wonderful room and amenities, this is a huge downer"

"The towels in the bathroom were very worn and frayed. Some even had holes in them. The only curtains on the window were blackout drapes. Since we were on a ground floor we could not have any light from the window except by having the drapes open which then allowed for anyone to look easily into the room. "Room was not cleaned well -dust everywhere, mold/stains in bathroom, clock and phone stacked on top of each other, remote for tv look like it was just thrown behind it and left where it landed. The room smelled VERY STRONGLY OF SMOKE- Even though the doors all say no smoking. Transient people everywhere in parking lot, at side doors with side doors propped open by rocks, someone storing there very used bicylce inside stairwell by side door- got feeling these people were living there. "My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!"
