"Electrical tape covering outlets that didn't have covers. Weird light-colored stain on the carpet between bed and nightstand. TV screen was dark and couldn't be adjusted. AC worked just fine. The waffle tasted strange. Never had one that tasted like that. Can't even explain. Didn't eat it."

"Exceptionally clean, in the mornings staff was cleaning top to bottom. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot coffee all day. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage links, waffles. Pool area was clean and well kept. Plenty of towels. They have a bigger pool as well as a smaller kid pool with a water feature and a hot tub. We also enjoyed the fire pit table. In all, very nice stay and will definitely be back."

"The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. "Amazing location and waterpark. Rooms were very nice and clean. Spacious space for the three of us. The waterpark was amazing and not too busy. I liked the fact that you can’t get day passes for the waterpark like a lot of the other waterpark/hotels do now."

"First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again "
