This is the perfect location and ambience to see and visit Hunyad Castle. The amenities are spectacular including the onsite restaurant that overlooks the castle. The hotel is modern and sophisticated.

Nice hotel right next to Corvin Castle

Very nice hotel. Great location if you want to be near Corvin Castle, which is right across the street. Room has a great view of the castle. Room is big and clean. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about but decent.

Everything was excellent! We absolutely love it. Restaurant food was one of the best food we ate during our Europe trip. Server was excellent! I didn’t get his name but he served us on Sunday evening! View from the room was breathtaking! Everyone was super friendly!

Lovely view and great place

Overall loved the hotel and the experience, ate twice in the Eden restaurant where food and service were both excellent. The only downside for us was the room had an unpleasant odor, not too bad but still, and it was very humid- may be because we were located above the spa - which has a nice pool and all. I think this is not a problem when AC can be switched on in warmer months.

This location has an amazing view of the Castelul Corvinilor (Corvins' Castle)! My room had an amazing view of it and it was beautifully lit up at night without it being (the light) invasive with open curtains. The staff were truly friendly and engaging regarding my stay, the reasons I was traveling, and what my future plans were. They offered suggestions and ensured that if I had any questions, they would gladly assist me, even in translations of websites, travel sites, or the like. The spa was wonderful, and I was able to fully relax after a day of touring the Carpathian mountains on a motorbike. I ate at their restaurant and the food was delicious, with a great view (again) of the Castle across the street! I would definitley recommend staying here!

Staff was not friendly at all. The bathroom had water damage on the wall and the carpet floor next to it. Restaurant was supposed to open at 7:30am, but they did not have eggs and omelets ready till later. They did not have coffee; just two espresso machines. Walls are thin; we could hear people in the hallway. Air condition barely cooled the room. At checkout, staff did not even ask how our stay had been. I do not recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel but very bad smell in the bathroom

There was a very bad smell in the bathroom and the spa area. The hotel is about 1 year old. It is possible that there are unresolved construction errors in the sewer system or perhaps construction materials used.

What a view. Lovely staff, clean and super comfy. We stayed in the superior double. And it was superior, lovely bathroom and fantastic toiletries. The room itself was a great size and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was spotless and very comfortable. Then you have the amazing view of the castle from your window. Just perfect. We dined at Eden by Werk on the terrace in the evening, we couldn't sit outside as there was a large group having a business meal. But sitting inside was very comfortable. The waiter was outstanding and the food incredible quality for a very good price. Great cocktails too! Breakfast was lovely and had a very large selection of buffet food, cereals, fruit, salad, cheese, meat, eggs, good coffee juices and even cakes! It was one of the best breakfast buffets I've seen. Then there's the spa.... Such a nice place to be. Great large pool, lovely sauna. They were repairing the jacuzzi and wet sauna but we had a wonderful time for a couple of hours enjoying the facilities. You never felt crowded and you still have an amazing castle view from here.

Alles schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Neu eröffnetes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht. Einziges Manko, das Frühstück. Sehr mager, leider kein Buffet. Man bekommt ein Teller mit Billigwurstwaren, welches leider meistens von allen Besuchern liegengelassen wurde. Und sonst wurde man nur gefragt wie man die Eier möchte.... die Kaffeemaschine / der Kaffee im Zimmer war um Meilen besser wie im Frühstücksraum. Das Konzept sollte unbedingt verbessert werden.
