"Dear all travelers Upon my return I had to submit complaint to Expedia as following Upon arrival I was told not to wear swimming costumes inside building which actually is on second floor despite government allows it I was not supplied with basic stuff as water, toilet paper cleaning the room. I had to clean my room daily as dust from building sites right next to hotel was unbearable and black which I briefed daily causing me nearly chest infection I paid for full board limited food options...

"self check in , for those not good with tech do not book here , had to get on my knees (2:surgeries) to try and open lock , lock was so small my 63 year old eyes could not open a young couple needed to ope it for me . security guard was more interested in his phone then helping me open a door . only when another guest told me i needed to put my key against that black box to unlock door to hallway , again security gaurd would not even look up . "

"Harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar, lantai berdebu dan bed sheets sangat kotor jauh berbeda dengan Samann Grand Hotel di Male City. Selain itu, di Hulhumale sangat susah untuk mencari barang souvenirs dan harga nya juga sangat mahal. Saya rekomen untuk tinggal di Male City saja. Pemanas air sudah berkarat dan Shower di kamar mandi juga sudah berlumut. Breakfast hanya 2 potong roti, 2 sosis ayam dan 1 telur mata. Saya tidak rekomen untuk nginap dihotel ini. "
