As of November 2026, this hotel is still under construction, and as many facilities—such as the swimming pool and the restaurant on the upper floors—are unavailable (which is a major issue in itself), it is difficult to assess it. Of course, compared to other hotels in Hulhumale, this one is luxurious and superb. However, given the extremely high room rates, there appears to be room for further improvement. For instance, whilst it is inevitable that the surrounding view consists entirely of a building site, the dirty windows are unacceptable. Furthermore, there are still issues with functional checks and cleaning, such as the USB-C port on the desk in the room failing to provide power and hair remaining in the drain. The staff are kind and excellent, but it is unsightly to see several members of staff rushing about just to call a taxi or store luggage. It will take more time for this hotel to establish itself as a leading establishment in Hulhumale.
