Hotel Keluarga di Hulhumalé

"We stayed 5 days there and they did not clean the room a single time. Lot of garbage in those 5 days obviously and not a single time they cleaned it. 3 employees stayed at the reception, chatting around and looking at the computer why the heck they don't care about the room? Breakfast was very basic...toast, eggs, rice with butter and jam."

"Harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar, lantai berdebu dan bed sheets sangat kotor jauh berbeda dengan Samann Grand Hotel di Male City. Selain itu, di Hulhumale sangat susah untuk mencari barang souvenirs dan harga nya juga sangat mahal. Saya rekomen untuk tinggal di Male City saja. Pemanas air sudah berkarat dan Shower di kamar mandi juga sudah berlumut. Breakfast hanya 2 potong roti, 2 sosis ayam dan 1 telur mata. Saya tidak rekomen untuk nginap dihotel ini. "

"Room was smaller than presented in pictures and dirty. Also had a lot of ants. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and curry. Staff were not very helpful and did everything possible to not provide transfer to airport. They didn’t seem like they wanted to do any work. Surrounding area was dirty, filled with trash, and cramped. Nothing at all like what was showing pictures or described."

"The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called Expedia and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from Expedia, they were somewhat convinced. I literally had to hide from these folks till the Expedia...
