"This motel is nicely situated, but is in dire need of an upgrade: chipped and cracked bathroom fixtures, worn carpets, duct tape around the air conditioner, dirty windows, damaged door frames. Beds and linens were fine. No maid service?"

"I booked this room based on overall reviews. Read carefully…this property looks nice from the outside, looks nice from the lobby but once we got off the elevator, we were met with trash all in the hallways - I questioned whether or not they had a vacuum but then we saw one. We opened the door to our room (that was beat up) and we were met with a filthy room, mold and water damage in the bathroom but the worst part - I killed a total of 4 bugs (some sort of stink bug) and I couldn’t sleep....

"Our room was pet friendly and i guess thats why it smelled VERY strongly of dog and the previous guests B.O. I feel like there was no effort to freshen the space at all. The rooms land line had no cord connecting it to the outlet, so if we needed something we had to walk all the was to the front desk. Staff were nice enough. All in all it was a 3 day stay for over $700 and it was not worth the $$."

"This could have been a good stay because the room, bed, and pillows were all very comfortable, which are the most important things. However, the bathroom sink drain and bathroom shower drain were exceedingly slow to drain. If you stood in the shower for any length of time, you were soon ankle-deep in the back-up water, which is gross. I think the staff is doing a good job utilizing the routine building maintenance needs attention. Also, the TV did not respond to the remote after trying...
