"It seemed like a nice hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were nice. The guy making the breakfast was helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. But our room was filthy!!! The carpet felt sticky and within minutes of walking around our feet were black! I could hardly stand it to have children in there. The window and around it was absolutely horrible. Layers of dust and dirt. What a let down Holiday Inn! There's a reason why we buy Holiday, usually they are awesome, but definitely not this time!"
