"Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. Easy access to the gondola and an easy walk around to find food and shops.We loved the town and had a great stay here. My only complaint would have been the pool. "Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true."
