"Our stay at Eurostars Al-Andalus was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room smelled like a sewer, and the bedsheets were damp. Even the blanket had visible stains. We called the front desk to request clean blankets, but it took hours for someone to respond, and we had to call again to remind them. When they finally arrived, the replacement blankets smelled musty. We had an early flight the next morning and desperately needed a good night's sleep, but that was impossible. The...

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
