"Our room was towards the back, large a nice and also quiet but not really any view at all from the room. The larger rooms towards the street has more view but noice from the street is probably also more evident. Fair breakfast, wonderful art and old furnitures from Burma. The hotel only has 9 rooms over 3 floors with no elevator (not really a problem for us)."

Wall distance from night bazaar market. Pity some tours does not pickup in the hotel, but easy to fix asking in reception or using grab app."

Best things about it are: - Spaciousness of the room (2 bathrooms, 4 beds, 2 TVs) - All day snacks and drinks a the lobby - Location was right across the Ping River, allowing us to skip the Songkran traffic jams but still near enough to the Old City for us to just drive in for some fun and games - Pretty complete city hotel, they even had a washing machine and dryer we could operate ourselves"
