"Lots happening in surrounding streets but also music loud late into the night that may bother some. Room was clean enough but nothing flash, bed was very comfortable"

"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"Nice staff, clean and hot showers worked. Cheap and cheerful. Bunks a little unsafe for children with open ends IE no barriers around mattress. Close to GO!, shopping centre and fruit veg fish market down the street. Only drawback is guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen to prepare the fresh food that is readily available. So fruit breakfast was my staple. I brought tea bags and coffee so at least I made my own hot beverage. Drinking Water is not provided and can be purchased "

"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements."

"Đã book phòng và thanh toán, đã được xác nhận nhưng đến nơi thì gọi nhiều lần số hotline không được. Lúc gọi được thì báo đã hết phòng và sẽ email báo Hotels.com trả tiền lại. Rất mất thời gian, mệt mỏi, có 2 cháu nhỏ đi kèm.
Tìm rất khó, đến đúng địa chỉ trên App ko thấy, hỏi hàng xóm xung quang cũng không biết -> cần cập nhật chính xác và dễ tìm. "

"The staff here are great. Especially Tracy at the front desk. There are good places to eat nearby and a very inexpensive, but legitimate massage soa across the street that is also very clean and doesn't try to push any "extras"... All in all it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a comfortable, inexpensive place "

"Lovely hotel with caring staff. We had the family room and it was perfect with two bathrooms and a connecting door as well as great outlook over the perfume river. Very clean an nicely decorated."
"Room and hotel were very clean, breakfast buffet was huge with an excellent selection of items. Food was very fresh. Location is good. Great staff super polite and helpful"
"Fabulous hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Special shout to to Nguyen who helped with a flight issue I had. I ended up upgrading to a room on The Level and it was huge with great views across Hue. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and there was both a bath and a shower. The afternoon tea offering was fabulous - free cocktails, wine and canapes every day between 1530 - 1800. The pool was absolutely huge and when I went, I was the only one in it! It also has a really nice Sky Bar. "
"We have travelled extensively as a couple, over many years. Pilgrimage Village Hue is one of the three best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The warmth and welcoming nature of EVERY ONE of the staff we encountered over four days was exceptional - beginning with such a wonderful warm welcome from Tram, on our arrival. Our room fronting onto the warm water swimming pool is definitely worth paying the extra for - its temperature was always ideal, and it’s so convenient for those rooms. Breakfast was such a memorable experience every morning - with the selection of foods, some area on outside covered balcony, and, again, super efficient and helpful staff. This hotel and four days we will NEVER forget! CONGRATULATIONS, and “ THANK YOU”, Pilgrimage Village Hue!"
"The property was as described. It’s a 5 star resort with large clean rooms, excellent facilities like the pool, gym and Onsen. The breakfast was outstanding and we have an amazing dinner as well. It is 20 mins from the centre of Hue so you will need to take a taxi to get into town and to get to the cultural attractions. "
