"I was very disappointed that there wasn’t packets of body lotion, the little goodie stuff that you get shampoo conditioner that kind of stuff the body lotion would really helped with the sunburn as I didn’t bring any along as I thought it was furnished"

When we went inside to check in the lady at the desk said "can i help you?" I let her know I had a reservation and she rolled her eyes and sat down. "Booked a room with 2 queen sized beds. Got a room with one king size bed. Couldn’t get another correct room because they were fully booked even though I paid for the room weeks ago. Brought up a rollaway bed instead. Staff said “because it was booked through Expedia they had no control over what type of room we could have.” Had to kick in the door to enter since it was so misaligned and sticky. Room next to us had the same issue. Almost couldn’t get out of the room because the door jams up. Oh...

"Staff was kind. Everything else was falling apart. Bathrooms had mess on walls and floors. Cigarette burns in the vinyl flooring. AC didn’t work. Elevator carpet was ripped up and had dirty walls. The showers and tubs were brown."

"Definitely a budget hotel. Good: Air conditioning worked. Bad: Bathrooms were dirty and damaged. The water in the shower had the hot/cold swapped. Ceiling outside of the room was dripping water. No food for breakfast."

"It was an awesome motel in a nice little town. We stayed 4th of July weekend. The contactless check in/out was super easy and so fast. The rooms were cute, clean and a very comfortable temperature. We stayed two nights and everything was just wonderful for an amazing price. We will for sure stay again when we go to visit family on the lake 🙏"
