"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "We arrived early but was able to book in straight away. Room clean and quiet considering we are in the city. Car park easy to find and just 1 min walk from hotel. Ideally located for theatres and shopping. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection of everything. Loved talking to Kayode at breakfast, it was so good to hear that he likes his job. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again."
