"Beds were definitely not comfortable at all. Felt as though I was sleeping on concrete and suffered with back pain for 2 days. Will not stay again and don't recommend to anyone at all!!!!!!"

"The room was nice and comfortable, and overall the hotel was decent. However, the hot tub didn’t work or get hot, which was disappointing. I also found used dirty rags left in the shower when I checked in. Housekeeping and maintenance definitely need some improvement."
