"Unsafe area, pictures are not honest, this hotel should not even be listed on any website, it’s rated as a 3 star, when it shouldn’t be a 1 star. Washroom was filthy, sink drains onto the same floor where one takes a shower, which is right next to the toilet, no separation whatsoever. The shower water leaks into the room. There was no hot water, and it could apparently not be fixed. The door lock was broken and we were told it could only be fixed the next day, so we had to insist to get it fixed...

"My stay in Sarawan Hotel was above my expectations because The room rate was much cheaper than the other hotels around the proximity Hotel was well cleaned Amenities were much cheaper Staff and services were excellent Atrium mall is adjacent and within two minutes walk where one can do all the shopping Property condition and facilities are excellent I will give ***** (five star) all in all ! "I stayed at the hotel for almost 3 weeks. there was no hot water for the most part of my stay. cockroaches in the breakfast room everyday and in my room. I notified the staff and the reply was its the season nothing we can do. Both my arms have been biten by bed bugs, behind my neck, in my feet back of my thighs. could not afford to see a doctor but instead bought cream on my own. wifi never worked for almost 2 weeks in the room. i wish i can post the pictures of my bed bugs. hotel is...

"The receptionists Sheza & Palwashar were really helpful and able to solve problems (such as when drivers failed to show up; a common occurrence in Karachi) though their male colleagues on reception were less helpful. The WiFi was good when it worked but would cut out from time to time. Beds were comfortable."
