"Property location was perfect, staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was so good and they even called our room to make sure we got down before it ended. They offered to make it early if travel required an early departure as well. I highly recommend this beautiful property."

"Loved this hotel! Would absolutely stay again."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location."

"Clean room, noise canceling window, friendly staff"

"Clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast"

"Great location"

"Everything was great at this hotel!!!"

"Pros: Steps away from the train station, located in beautiful location, breathtaking views from the hotel, breakfast is too good, enough options to fuel ourselves in the morning. They can hold our bags in luggage room, hotel is clean. Consider booking the room with Mountain View Cons: The rooms are small, sufficient for 2 people per room, bathroom is very small, they don’t have soft tissues in the bathroom, front staff is not friendly and helpful"

"Perfect location close to both the train station and the buses to Machu Pichu (very nice and helpful staff, even at 5:30 a.m.!!!)"

"Great host and owner. Does a great job attending to hotel guests. Breakfast is great and packs a breakfast to go if you leave early in the morning"

"Nice small hotel, they picked us up at the train station, hotel was clean and with a nice view to the river, good breakfast and good service definitely will recommend this place"

"Very good stay. Helpful staff, convenient location, basic breakfast."

"Highly recommend El MaPi. Logistically convenient, a very easy walk from train station, and close to the bus station heading up Machu Pichu. Hotel has an earthy/ nature oriented feel, very relaxing. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful. Room was nice, clean, seemed fairly new/ updated. Restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast, fun bar for after dinner. I didn’t visit the spa, but am sure it was great too."

"The room was great , very clean, comfortable beds, the bathroom was newly remodeled and very clean, hot water, the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Simple Buffett breakfast was provided."

"Great location for bus up to Machupicchu ruins."
