Hotel Mesra LGBT di Huangshan

"We recently stayed at this hotel and while the dining staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the hotel is situated at a nice location with good surrounding environment. Our room experience was disappointing. We booked a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was so strong it woke us up during the night. The staff offered to move us to a higher floor, but it wasn't really an upgrade, and the smoke smell continued. We even had to open the porch door in the middle of the night just to get...

"Lovely Hotel, Overall fantastic experience."

"Brand new modern hotel in a vacation hotspot, so plenty of help planning for the mountain from friendly staff."

"Awesome"

"Stylish, café-like atmosphere with great attention to detail. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were kind and spoke English, and their helpful guidance on Huangshan routes made my stay even better. Great value for the price—especially recommended for first-time visitors. Top-class service. I would definitely stay here again."

"friendly staff. Nice local restaurant next door."

"Awesome hotel with nice view !! Highly recommended "

"Die Einrichtung des Hotels war insgesamt in Ordnung, alles sauber und zweckmäßig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass die Kommunikation größtenteils über die App läuft, da nicht immer englischsprachiges Personal vor Ort ist. Für Reisende, die damit kein Problem haben, ist es ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel."

"Management (?owner/operater) was rude and despite familiarity with 'translator' app a terrible communicator. Saving a 1* teview was the laundry and available (out of room) fridge. Perhaps it was a bad weekend...but smoking while talking at the front desk and 'cold-shoulder' vibes were annoying even considering cross-cultural differences! C'est la vie...but 'Choose your own Adventure' with this one!""
