"I took the oceanfront king size room. The view was amazing. Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. Shower definitely needs improvement the rain shower head needed a really good clean as the water spurted everywhere like an out of control watering can but with bad pressure!
Breakfast was good but they could do with offering less pork dishes as this seriously limited what I could have each morning."

"Old and dated hotel far from the center where everything is happening.
Beach is not swimmable. We picked this because of the kids playpool and sad to say - the amenities of the kids pool were NOT WORKING and we weren’t even allowed to swim in the pool- a HUGE Disappointment for us and our child. We wanted to be able to relax by the pool. Breakfast was terrible and minimal super basic options. The hotel is huge and a convention type. Would we stay here again? Probably not. Many more same price...

"This would've been 5 star but the checkout was rude so the last impression is the lasting impression. The stay was brilliant but the last minute they basically shoved us out of the room (i am in a wheelchair) to get the next guests in, who as we were still there, we saw going in hours before checkin, so don't understand the hurry. But it made us go from wanting to rebook to probably never going again. "

"The rooms are great - a good size, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Our room was also quiet.
The gym is very small and the treadmill didn’t work. The pool area is lovely but needs someone to tend to it to keep it tidy when people leave and to replenish towels. A couple of staff were friendly but, overall, staff could do more to be welcoming and appear to actually care about whether you are enjoying your stay. The location isn’t ideal for the beach. Despite being over the road, there is no crossing so you have to cross two two/three lane busy carriage ways."
"An excellent place to stay, poolside room was amazing as was the breakfast with options changing daily. Nicely appointed room with modern charging facilities, good eateries close by especially a local Thai restaurant 200 meters away, great food and cheap."
"This hotel is exceptional. Everything was spot on, but the quality of the breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff deserve special mentions. A genuinely great experience."
"We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and, overall, had a very enjoyable holiday.
We have visited Hua Hin many times over the years, and one of the reasons we continue to return is because of the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Thai people. They are consistently welcoming, friendly and professional, which is why some aspects of the service at the hotel stood out in comparison.
We have also stayed at hotels such as the Centara Grand on several occasions, as well as the Regent in Cha-am, and have always found the service at those properties to be exceptionally consistent.
Firstly, the hotel itself was beautiful. The grounds were stunning, immaculately maintained and exactly what we would expect from a five-star resort. Several departments also provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The breakfast team, gym staff, housekeeping, the lifeguards (especially Ter and the other young gentleman) and the Guardforce security team were all friendly, attentive and a real credit to the hotel.
One particular incident highlighted the exceptional care provided by the lifeguards. Lewis cut his foot on the waterslide, and Ter and his team responded immediately. They administered first aid, thoroughly cleaned and dressed the wound, and continued to check on him over the following days. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference and were greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, our experience at the pool bar was disappointing, particularly with the service prov"
