"Das Hotel liegt schön direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind recht ansprechend und bieten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel sind ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist freundlich. "Very good service "

"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"

Been given a room such smells of urine that l was out of the room in seconds with my asthma😱been given an another room. Infested with mosquitos.restless nights because of them, my body is covered with bites, itching swollen arms and face. The room walls covered with black spots l think from others before me...

"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
