"Max at the front desk checked us in and was a pleasure to deal with. He made the check in process fast, easy and enjoyable. We got into our room and it was nice and clean. The pool area was clean. We didn't go to the pool until a little later and the towels were out but they remedied that quickly and brought more and restocked the shelf. Breakfast was very good. They had a great variety and it was kept stock and fresh. I would recommend this hotel!"

"All staff were friendly with a smile and helpful. Front dest lady was excellent, forget her name but it was the Friday night around 6PM when we checked in. She was patient, good at explaining everything and was very easy to deal with. Rooms were very clean and nice to have a complimentary drink and snack each evening as well (nice touch). Spa area was clean and appreciated the hours which gave us time to enjoy it without being rushed. Overall it was a great stay for all of us as we were a group of 10 with 5 rooms and nobody I talked to had any negative comments."
