"Made reservation through Expedia. However arrived only to find it had been cancelled. I received no notification and my Expedia app showed I had an existing reservation. Arthur (I believe was his name) was able to give me a room and he was quick and thoughtful."

"At dining room are working not friendly people and try to move you out. Left 50% tips and when 40% food I got they tried to remove the plate despite I just watched the phone at the table. Everything else beautiful!!!"

"Everything was good: clean rooms, good breakfast, etc., but the thing that bothered me was that they are now charging $3.00 a day for parking. I get it in a downtown location where parking is at a premium, but in Spring, Texas? Why? It's not much, but I'll find a similar quality hotel to stay in next time that doesn't charge for parking."
