We reserved a room for 4 people. When we arrived to the hotel, we were told with no empathy that there were no rooms available to align with our reservation. Then the front desk staff went to tell us that hotels are like planes and that they over book rooms. It was 11pm and our children were exhausted. It was very frustrating. After some tense dialogue the front manager told us to wait until they made a room available to us.

i absolutely loved this hotel!! the only thing that could’ve made it better would be to have microwaves in the rooms or on the property period. but it was lovely!!!

The property wasn’t nearly as nice as pictured online. However the staff were attentive and kind. And the onsite restaurant was tasty and accommodating. We did have an issue with our tv that was resolved but was still somewhat of an inconvenience.
